What will happen in Mehmed: Fetihler Sultanı Season 2 Episode 31?

As the Ottoman army attacks the walls of Constantinople upon Sultan Mehmed's order for a great attack, an unexpected chain of events takes place. While the Janissaries, Sipahis and Azaps attack the walls, things do not go as planned. Sultan Mehmed descends to the battlefield. A Byzantine soldier takes advantage of this gap and wounds the Sultan in the chest. Witnessing this scene, Grand Vizier Çandarlı Halil Pasha forces the army and the Sultan to retreat. Çandarlı takes the initiative and also conveys the order to retreat to İshak and Zağanos Pasha. However, Sultan Mehmed does not agree with this decision. Sultan Mehmed has locked himself in his tent due to the severe defeat and does not want to talk to anyone. In the meantime, Akşemseddin tells what the Prophet experienced on his return from Mount Hira and says that Sultan Mehmed should act with the same belief. After this speech, the Sultan emerges from his tent like a sun rising from behind dark clouds and addresses his soldiers, renewing his belief in conquest. Later, Sultan Mehmed decides to send an ambassador to Byzantium for a prisoner exchange. Ferhat Pasha volunteers for this mission and appears before Constantine. However, in the palace, Ferhat is greeted by Plethon as “Leo” and conveys the dualities in Mehmed’s army to Constantine. When Ferhat leaves the palace, Gennadius and Maria follow them from afar. Gennadius says that Ferhat is a spy placed among the Turks. Maria conveys this news to Mehmed. Ferhat is caught at the headquarters and taken to the presence of the sultan. What will be the fate of Ferhat who is brought to the presence? So, how will these turmoils affect the fate of the Ottoman army?
